Anshar Studios has released a new cinematic trailer for their cyberpunk isometric role-playing game Gamedec, which is coming to Nintendo Switch.
Set in the 22nd century, you play as a game detective who solves crimes inside virtual worlds. You must use your wits to gather evidence from witnesses and suspects, leading you to uncover their deceptive schemes.
With “pen-and-paper based RPG mechanics,” you are given the freedom to approach situations from multiple perspectives but where every decision that you make is important and comes with consequences.
As with real-life, these consequences can be immediate, long-term or stay hidden, only to then surface when you least expect them. Whatever choices you make, the game remains neutral and will not judge you for your actions or suggest “better” options for you to consider.
Gamedec will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2021.
