Kodansha Creators’ Lab and Itamae Studio have announced that Wabisabi SushiDerby is in development for Nintendo Switch.
In the world’s first-ever sushi racing simulation, you can become a sushi chef and race your creations around your restaurant. With multiple types of sushi to choose from that each have their own power-ups, you can combine their raw base stats with more than 40 skills and numerous ingredients with special powers.
Sitting back and watching as the sushi compete, you can cheer at the right moment to trigger a speed boost while looking to dodge hungry customers’ looming chopsticks that can instantly end the race.
Wabisabi SushiDerby will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch in Spring 2026.
