Ubisoft have confirmed that their turn-based RPG Child of Light will see release for Wii U through the Nintendo eShop on April 30th.
Players will descend to the magical world of Lemuria within this Ubisoft Montreal developed adventure that uses UbiArt Framework, the same engine used to craft Rayman Legends that allows concept art to be inserted into game world’s entirely unedited.
Child of Light itself is described as being “a reimagining of classic fairytales,” players exploring the magical painted world of Lemuria as Aurora, a child who has been stolen from her home who must recover the sun, moon and the stars from the Queen of the Night during her quest to return. You will be accompanied by Igniculus the firefly and other unlikely allies as Aurora braves her darkest fears.
Child of Light releases for Wii U on April 30th, priced at £11.99
