Nintendo has revealed plans to release a Cat Mario amiibo and Cat Peach amiibo as part of the Super Mario 35th anniversary celebrations.
In Europe, these new amiibo figures will be made available together in one pack, whereas in North America the amiibo will be sold separately.
It is believed that the amiibo will be compatible with Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, with Nintendo promising to share more about the “new things” that the upcoming Nintendo Switch game has to offer later.
The Cat Mario and Cat Peach amiibo will release around the world on 12th February 2021, to coincide with Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury launching for Nintendo Switch.
