IndieArk and Valhalla Cats have announced that Stars in the Trash is in development for Nintendo Switch.
Created as a love letter to the developer’s childhood cartoons, the experience looks to bring “the magic of animated movie classics into a narrative-driven platformer that combines action, exploration and puzzles.”
It stars Moka, a spoiled cat who, tired of feeling trapped at home, decides to run away and seek adventure. That will see you explore, make friends, fight, and make your escape from the kennelman.
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features, which include:

Stars in the Trash will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide, with a release date or window unconfirmed.
