Capcom have confirmed that they won’t have any playable games for Nintendo platforms at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) next month, Nintendo World Report has been told.

Such news was revealed by a company representative, and will come as a disappointment to those in attendance at the show.

Of course, it doesn’t mean that Capcom definitely won’t be making any announcements during Nintendo’s conference.

Last week saw rumours emerge that the company were soon to reveal Resident Evil: Downfall for Nintendo 3DS, with further hope that Resident Evil 6 will be released on Wii U.

Capcom are currently known to be developing Monster Hunter 4 and Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney for Nintendo 3DS, each due to hit Japan later this year.
