XSEED Games, Marvelous Europe, and G-Mode have confirmed a release date for BurgerTime Party! on Nintendo Switch.
This reimagines Data East’s 1982 arcade classic and sees Chef Peter Pepper and the Food Foes return to fire up the grill.
With new modes and items, the developer will challenge players to think “outside of the bun” in order to solve bite-sized puzzles – overcoming crumbling floors, oil spills, and freezing ladders while evading edible enemies.
There’s local multiplayer for up to four players, where you can cooperate or compete in the more than 100 stages that the game comes packed with.
Battle Burger mode will see you work together or take control of the game’s edible enemies, while you can compete against chefs from around the world through the online leaderboard in Challenge Burger mode.
BurgerTime Party! will release exclusively on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on October 8th priced at £17.99 (€19.99).
