In a move that appears to signal that an announcement could soon be made, Take Two Interactive have filed a trademark for ‘Bully Bullworth Academy: Canis Canem Edit.’
Bullworth Academy was the fictional name of the school that appeared within the original game, whilst Canis Canem Edit is Latin for “dog eat dog.”
Approved on November 20th with the Office of Harmonisation for the Internal Market (OHIM) – an extravagant name for the European Union organisation that handles trademarks – it follows a similar occurrence in the United States back in July.
