The Pokémon Company International have revealed that Secret Bases will return in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.
These customisable areas will allow players to transform their Secret Base into their very own Pokémon Gym, creating mazes, traps and even battle rules for others to encounter. Players can then share these through StreetPass or by creating a QR Code, allowing friends to visit your creation.
You can stumble on other Trainers in the same Secret Base, and can invite them to your own as Secret Pals. Once designated as Secret Pals, you can interact, battle, and use special skills that allow you to share Decorations, make a Pokémon Egg hatch faster, or help by raising a Pokémon ‘s level by one.
Players can also capture flags in another player’s Secret Base, located next to the Secret PC. The more you grab, the higher your rank will be rewarding you with improving the strength of your Secret Pals skills.
Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire will release in North America on November 21st, and Europe on November 28th.
