Arc System Works and Taito Corporation have announced that Bubble Bobble: Sugar Dungeons is in development for Nintendo Switch.
In this “all-new Bubble Bobble experience,” the bubble-blowing dragon Bub sets out on a grand adventure through Sweet dungeons that change every time.
You must blow bubbles to catch bullies, using your horns and spikes to burst those bubbles to defeat them. The bubbles that you produce can also be carried by the wind, which you can hop on to reach high places.
The treasure that you gather can be used to level up your abilities, with the chance to strengthen Bub helping you to descend even further into the dungeons.
Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeons will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Winter 2025.
