Nintendo has revealed that Miitopia is coming to Nintendo Switch, presenting the chance for you to bring your friends into battle as Mii characters.
Previously released on Nintendo 3DS, you will be able to cast your friends, family or anyone else that you choose in what promises to be a hilarious adventure to topple the face-stealing Dark Lord.
You will be able to create and customise Mii characters based on anyone that you like before assigning them roles and personality traits to set out on “the fantasy adventure of a lifetime.”
Your Mii characters can be paired up at inns to build their relationships and interact with one another. They may also learn skills such as “lend a hand” and help each other out during battle Even your thirsty horse can lend you a hoof on your adventure.
Battles are turn-based encounters that will see your Mii characters use skills from their assigned jobs – like mage, warrior and pop star – to defeat outlandish baddies like the gyrating Twerkey to gain experience and level up.
Miitopia will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 21st May 2021.
