Juicy Cupcake has announced that Brief Battles will release on Nintendo Switch.

The fast-paced, underwear-fueled party game comes to the portable home console running “at a slick 60 frames per second” along with camera tracking and UI improvements.

It comes “jam-packed” with modes for local multiplayer mayhem in 50 handcrafted arenas. With the chance for up to four players to get involved, you can look to dominate your opposition in Knockout, Classic Battle, Hold the Gold, Underpants Collector, Flaming Hot Pants, or Buns of Steel.

There are solo and co-op challenges to conquer, with the chance to unlock crossover skins inspired by popular indie games.

These include Yooka-Laylee Violet (Yooka-Laylee), CommanderVideo Chad (Bit.Trip.Runner), Machinarium Tubbins (Machinarium), Goo Kevin (World of Goo), Toto Sparrow Deluxe (Toto Temple Deluxe), and Stumpy Kevin (Stumpt Gamers).

“A Nintendo Switch version of Brief Battles has been hotly requested, and we’re thrilled to share that it’s almost here!” explains Juicy Cupcake co-founder Andrew Freeth.

“We took great care developing the Switch version in-house, and have it running buttery-smooth while preserving the same quality you’ll see on other platforms.”

Brief Battles will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on February 21st.
