HAL Laboratory’s sensational puzzler BOXBOY! has been treated to a surprise sequel in Japan.
Hako Boy! Mou Hito Hako (which translates to BOXBOY! One More Box) was announced by Nintendo this week, and has already been made available on the Nintendo eShop in Japan.
It sees cubic star Qbby return, who can now use two strands of boxes to overcome the perplexing obstacles that he wanders into.
There’s no word as to whether Nintendo plan to release the puzzler for western audiences, but given the popularity surrounding Qbby’s first adventure we’re sure that it won’t take too long to be announced!
