Professor Layton Vs. Phoenix Wright will feature animation by Bones, Capcom have confirmed.
Such news was shared by LEVEL-5 CEO Akihiro Hino and Ace Attorney creator Shu Takumi during a 10th anniversary event for the series held in Tokyo.
Alongside a live play session presented by Takumi, it was announced that Japanese anime studio Bones, acclaimed for their Fullmetal Alchemist adaptations and who provided the ‘Prototype’ epsiode for the Halo Legends compilation, would provide animation for the title.
Those in attendance were shown a short clip that saw Phoenix Wright and Maya heading on an airplane towards London, of which you can see images below:
