Bayonetta 2 will come packed with the original game

Nintendo have confirmed that those who purchase the Bayonetta’s retail packaged version will receive the sensational original game.

That won’t be a simple port either, supporting touch screen controls, Off-TV Play, dual audio with English and Japanese voiceovers to choose between, and the game running at a blistering 60 frames per second.

There’ll also be Nintendo-themed bonus content, revolving around additional costumes that Bayonetta can garb herself in. That encompasses Link’s green tunic, equipping the combative witch with the Master Sword and seeing the game’s Halo currency switched out for Rupees. There’s also a Samus costume with retractable visor, and another risqué costume inspired by Princess Peach that replaces the currency for Coins and sees Bayonetta summon Bowser rather than demons as per normal.

Bayonetta 2 will release exclusively for Wii U across Europe and North America in October.
