ZA/UM has revealed that they are hard at work porting their award-winning Disco Elysium to Nintendo Switch.
The developer has shared that they are preparing design documentation as part of the process to bring the open-world role-playing game to the portable home console.
“This interview is, at this very moment, interrupting me from writing up design documentation for the user interface and input systems for the [Nintendo] Switch port,” ZA/UM art director Aleksander Rostov explained on BBC 5live’s Game On podcast.
Set in the city of Revachol, Disco Elysium places you in control of a detective with an unprecedented freedom of choice.
Whether working to become a hero or a disaster of a human being, you will have the chance to “interrogate unforgettable characters, crack murders or take bribes.”
Met with a 91 Metascore on Metacritic, the game drew praise for its tremendous depth and revolutionary dialogue system, which allows you to play characters against one another, help them or fall hopelessly in love.
Disco Elysium will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
