Art Academy in development for Wii U

During their E3 2013 Nintendo Direct, Iwata took the opportunity to commend the level of artistic skill being demonstrated within user’s Miiverse drawings.

After which, he announced that their development teams, in response to such a display, have been working hard to deliver a drawing tool for release through the Nintendo eShop, Art Academy.

Already popularised by the series handheld instalments, keen Miiverse artists may use pastilles and paints to craft their creations before sharing through the social network.

Art Academy will release for Wii U this summer.
