Team17 has announced that Raging Justice will release on Nintendo Switch, an exciting, fresh take on the beat ’em up genre from developer MakinGames.
This will see gritty maverick cops Rick Justice and Nikki Rage take to Big Smoke City’s streets, where gang lords and their thugs rule and danger lies around every corner.
It will require their tough and rough approach to take on the scum that festers on the streets, Raging Justice being a classic-style brawler that challenges players to battle their way through hordes of thugs, unleashing maximum brutality with both character’s savage fighting styles.
While you can kick, punch, and stomp your way through each level, players can also mow down their aggressors with lawnmowers, tractors and other vehicles, or swing weapons such as stools, baseball bats, or a deadly pigeon at them.
With local co-operative multiplayer letting you recruit a friend to help you, a unique gameplay mechanic will see you choose whether to arrest or annihilate your enemies. Being a good cop will reward you with more health, but you get more points playing as a bad cap – your choices also leading to a different ending.
Raging Justice will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2018.
