THQ Nordic and MGM have revealed that Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? is coming to Nintendo Switch.

Massive Miniteam is behind its return, looking to deliver an “engaging and humorous quiz game based on the popular quiz show TV franchise.”

You will be faced with multiple-choice questions, true-or-false challenges and minigames across more than 24 different subjects. Whether beating each challenge alone or with family and friends in local co-op multiplayer, there are more than 6,800 questions on topics such as animal sciences, vocabulary, math, and more.

“The Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? franchise is truly timeless and ideal for players of all ages to come together and show what they know,” explains MGM executive vice president of global consumer products Robert Marick. “Working with THQ Nordic and HandyGames on the upcoming video game, we are looking forward to providing fans of the franchise with a new way to enjoy the quiz show and test their knowledge.”

The publisher has outlined the game’s key features as below:

Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? will release at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch “later this year.”
