Bigmode and Shared Memory have announced that Animal Well will release on Nintendo Switch later this year.
After hatching from your flower, you will have the chance to spelunk through Animal Well’s beautiful and sometimes haunting world – pitched as “a pixelated wonder rendered in intricate audio and visual detail.”
You will encounter lively creatures both small and large as well as helpful and ominous, in your efforts to discover unconventional upgrades and unravel the well’s secrets in an “experience that can make you laugh in fear, surprise, or delight.”
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features, which include:
