With no new game releases in Japan over the past week, Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer remained unchallenged in Media Create’s sales chart.
Its nearest competition came from LEVEL-5’s Yo-kai Watch Busters, with Splatoon sales continuing to rise week-on-week.
Nintendo will be pleased to see that success is continuing to help provide an uptick in Wii U hardware sales, which similarly increased over last week to reach 16,567 units sold. Meanwhile, the combined Nintendo 3DS family of systems shifted another 42,248 units.
