Screenwave Media and Freak Zone Games have confirmed that Angry Video Game Nerd 1 and 2 Deluxe will release on Nintendo Switch this month.
After the Angry Video Game Nerd is sucked into Game Land, you must help him escape three treacherous retro 8-bit game worlds in this tough action-platformer.
The Deluxe collection has remixed and rebalanced each game, adding Normal and Easy difficulties that come with infinite lives. Meanwhile, Old School or higher difficulties retain the original game’s “infamously hard-as-nails” challenge.
There are quality of life improvements in faster respawning, multiple save slots and accessibility options, and there is a new never-before-seen final chapter that promises an “epic finale” for those that beat both games.
Angry Video Game Nerd 1 and 2 Deluxe will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 30th October 2020 priced at £14.99 ($14.99).
