Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg has confirmed that the publisher will support the Wii U with seven titles, set to release during its launch window.

Between November 18th in the US, or November 30th for Europe, through to March 2013, Activision will release the following Wii U games:
* Call of Duty: Black Ops II
* Skylanders Giants
* Transformers Prime: The Game
* 007 Legends
* Wipeout 3
* Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2013
* Rapala Pro Bass Fishing

Call of Duty: Black Ops II will deliver the same experience as competitor platforms, including the new create-a-class setup, League Play, CODcasting and Zombies. What differentiates the Wii U version is that a second player is able to play using solely the Wii U GamePad, with a live demo demonstrating this in a Combat Training match.

Within single-player, the Wii U GamePad will allow you to change loadouts and see the level map. Treyarch have been confirmed as the developer, with the game running at 60 frames-per-second and supporting Wii Remote, Classic Controller Pro, Wii U GamePad and Wii U Pro Controller input

The Wii U version of Skylanders Giants is being developed by Vicarious Visions, who were responsible for the Nintendo 3DS version of the original game last year. It will require the purchase of a new Portal of Power, but all your existing Skylanders toys will work with this version.

Transformers Prime, developed by Now Productions, uses character models straight from the animated series and will see you play as Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Arcee, Bulkhead, and Ratchet.
