Digerati and Event Horizon have announced that Tower of Time will release on Nintendo Switch.

The action RPG comes to the portable home console “with a revised control scheme developed specifically for gamepads,” promising a sprawling adventure that will last over 50 hours.

You must lead a party of heroes into the Tower of Time, which is a vertical battleground crammed with lore, mystery, and combat.

In looking to combine the nuances of classic RPGs with challenging tactical combat, battles are transformed into a puzzle of magic and mettle.

Thanks to the unique Arrow-Time combat system that lets you pause or slow down time, you can carefully plan your every move – whether that be strategically placing your warriors, controlling the battleground with spells, or counting incoming waves of enemies.

The Nintendo Switch port will also have the new game modes that have been added to the PC version, such as the ultra-challenging Permadeath mode or the more accessible RPGlite mode.

Tower of Time will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Q1 2020.
