Rising Star Games has announced that it will release Sadame in Europe and PAL territories on February 25th, which will become available exclusively on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS.

The name translates as ‘fate,’ with the Mebius-developed action-RPG seeing four warriors charge headlong into battle. Carving a path through waves of demons, it is set in a reimagined Warring States period of Japan.

Players will choose between Sadame’s four heroes, leaping into combat as either a sword-wielding Samurai, ranged Ninja, spell-slinging Monk, or the Rogue and its enchanting witchery.

Each promises their own unique story and gameplay style, calling on abilities and skills to mercilessly slaughter the demons that ravage the lands. There are more than 20 towering bosses to topple, and plenty of opportunity to secure loot that can be used to enhance equipment while levelling up abilities in expansive skill trees.

“Sadame’s release is the perfect example of what we’ve always done well: bringing great Japanese games to the west so that more people can enjoy them,” commented Rising Star Games managing director Martin Defries. “It’s the perfect balance of both action and RPG, making it ideal for players looking to try something exciting and new on their Nintendo 3DS system.”

Sadame will release exclusively on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS in Europe on February 25th.
