Having released last week in Japan, Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Miles Edgeworth managed to top the Japanese software sales chart having raked in sales of an approximate 130,000 units within its first week.
Once again featuring the three main characters of its predecessor, prosecutor Miles Edgeworth, detective Dick Gumshoe, and Kay Faraday, the sequel retains the Investigation, Logic and Confrontation gameplay mechanics whilst throwing in an all-new “Chess Logic” element into the mix. During conversations with specific characters, players are tasked with finding a weakness within a certain period of time to gain an advantage.
Unfortunately, the game still hasn’t been announced for either a North American or European release yet due to the ever-growing popularity of the series we’re sure that it’ll make it over eventually.
