Focus Home Interactive and Asobo Studio have shared their latest gameplay trailer for A Plague Tale: Requiem, which is coming to Nintendo Switch later this year.

With Robert Louis Stevenson’s poem “Requiem” setting the tone, you can catch your first glimpse of the “epic” adventure that awaits Amicia and Hugo.

The sequel to the award-winning A Plague Tale: Innocence comes to the portable home console “using Nintendo’s Cloud Streaming technology,” and invites you to set out “on an emotional and breathtaking journey” to survive a brutal, uncaring world.

You will follow Amicia and her brother Hugo, as they do whatever it takes to survive a brutal, plague-ridden medieval world. As a terrifying curse hunts them down, you must sacrifice your innocence to save the one you love while facing the savagery of a collapsing world.

A Plague Tale: Requiem Cloud Version will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2022.
