The Pokémon Company started a Bottle Cap distribution event for Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon earlier this month to celebrate Pokémon TCG: Sun & Moon’s release, and that has now started to roll out worldwide.
Serebii reports that this has started in the United States, Canada, France, Italy, Mexico and Spain today and the event will run into March.
The Bottle Cap will be available at specific retailers in each country, which has been outlined as below:
- Canada – EB Games (Nintendo Zone) – Monday 13th February – Sunday 12th March 2017
- France – Micromania – Monday 13th February – Sunday 12th March 2017
- Italy – GameStop – Monday 13th February – Sunday 5th March 2017
- Mexico – GamePlanet – Monday 13th February – TBC 2017
- Spain – GAME (Nintendo Zone) – Monday 13th February – Sunday 12th March 2017
- United States – GameStop – Monday 13th February – Sunday 5th March 2017
The item allows a player to increase a single stat of a Lv. 100 Pokémon as part of Hyper Training, once players trade the item in-game with Mr. Hyper.
Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon are now available exclusively on Nintendo 3DS worldwide.
