Electronic Arts has been confirmed as a third-party partner supporting Nintendo Switch, but it sounds like we won’t be hearing about which games are headed to the new home console until January 2017 at the earliest.

That being said, BioWare producer Michael Gamble has confirmed that Mass Effect Andromeda will only see release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, therefore indicating that it is not being ported to Nintendo Switch. Which is a shame, seeing as their epic space opera is scheduled to make a return in Q1 2017.

Taking place in the Andromeda galaxy long after the events witnessed in the original Mass Effect trilogy, the game will see players assume command of the Tempest – tasked with discovering new planets for the human species to colonise.

So far, we know that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Just Dance 2017, Dragon Quest 10, Dragon Quest 11, and SEGA’s Project Sonic 2017 will see release on Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo Switch will release worldwide in March 2017.
