This morning’s Hyrule Warriors Nintendo Direct has revealed that, as expected, the tyrannical Ganondorf will make an appearance in the Wii U exclusive.
What hadn’t been made clear though, is that each of the villains so far confirmed would join the bulging roster of playable characters. That includes Zant from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princes, who will strike with his bladed hands and put to use his summoning skills, and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword’s antagonist Ghirahim who slices foes with his sword prowess and can teleport.
The King of the Gerudo himself will successively hack at enemies with dual Great Swords, employing Dark Magic to deal attacks over a broader areas.
Hyrule Warriors will release exclusively for Wii U across Europe on September 19th, and North America on September 26th.
