2014 Pokémon European Qualifiers prepare for World Championships

Keen Pokémon Trainers battled their way across Europe this month, with the winners now preparing to travel to Washington, DC this August to compete in the 2014 Pokémon Video World Championships.

That will see Pokémon X, Pokémon Y and Trading Card Game players find themselves pitted against other competitors that hail from more than 30 countries around the world, including North America, South America, Australia, Africa, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and across Europe.

The World Championships will take place between August 16-17th, with competitors descending on the American capital. The 2014 Pokémon TCG and Video Game National Champions are:
