With Skylanders SWAP Force preparing for launch Activision will celebrate month-long activities to mark “SWAPtober,” across North America at least.
The publisher will give away one Skylanders SWAP Force Starter Pack a day between October 1-31st, with fans invited to mix and match their own characters through the official website to then share through social media channels.
Having partnered with Toys R Us, those that descend upon Times Square can play the game, take photos with costumed characters, and win starter packs and merchandise. Whilst the chain’s flagship store in New York City will host demos and giveaways across Saturday 12th – Sunday 13th October.
Skylanders SWAP Force will release for Wii U, Wii and Nintendo 3DS across North America on October 13th, and Europe on October 18th.
