12 Pokémon Movies To Release On iTunes, Google Play & Amazon

The Pokémon Company International has shared plans to make 12 Pokémon movies available for digital download from iTunes, Google Play and Amazon this year.

That will start this month, with digital remasters of Pokémon: The First Movie and Pokémon the Movie 2000 to arrive in the coming weeks. An interactive iBook will release with Pokémon: The First Movie, which can be viewed on any supported device – whether that be Mac, iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch.

Across Europe, several Pokémon movies and the animated series will be screened by broadcasting partners in the region, with The Pokémon Company International promising “a programme of promotional stunts.”

Pokémon TV will also let users watch one film title per month, which will coincide with other activities that the company has planned.
