It has been teased since Capcom announced that Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers was in development for Nintendo Switch, but we can now see the Way of the Hado mode in action.

The first-person mode, which has Beginner, Standard and Extra stages, will see players use the Joy-Con motion controls to unleash Hadoken, Shoryuken and Tatsumaki (or Hurricane Kick) moves to neutralise increasingly difficult enemy waves.

The fighting game was shown on Capcom TV (starting at 2 hours 35 minutes in), where, despite the stream’s audio soon falling out of sync, Ultra Street Fighter II’s producer later went on to debut the Way of the Hado mode (shown 2 hours 56 minutes in).

Its debut has raised some concern about the gesture recognition, especially as Capcom has stated that the game will see release next month and, therefore, development should be wrapping up soon.

Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers will release on Nintendo Switch in March.
