Inklings around the world battled it out in Splatoon 2 to determine whether tomato ketchup or mayonnaise was the better condiment. And, after inking all that turf, it was a resounding victory for Team Mayo.
In Europe, Japan and North America (which includes Australia and New Zealand in the results), mayonnaise reigned supreme in solo and team wins to deny ketchup – even though it was voted for the most.
“It’s mayo all day, yo! They know we don’t play, bro!” Pearl quipped when the results were announced. “Best stay out my Headspace ’cause I’m comin’ with that Cray Flow!”
As can be expected, Marina wasn’t too happy: “Wow. A rap song about mayonnaise. I’m sure that’ll tear up the charts.”
