Prepare to inherit your grandfather’s old farm plot, as ConcernedApe has announced that Stardew Valley is in development for Nintendo Switch.

That means that plans for a Wii U port have been abandoned, but now sees the popular open-ended country-life RPG look to make a new home on Nintendo’s next console.

With hand-me-down tools and little money to your name, Stardew Valley challenges players to live off the land and turn overgrown fields into the thriving business that it once was.

“Stardew Valley will not be coming to the Wii U, however. Looking at Wii U and the current gaming landscape, we made the difficult choice to shift our development efforts to creating a version for Nintendo Switch,” developer shared in a blog post.

“I am really looking forward to the Switch, and I believe that the Switch’s unique capabilities could create some exciting opportunities for Stardew Valley. I do want to emphasize that I am absolutely committed to seeing Stardew Valley on Nintendo platforms, and I really do appreciate your support and understanding in this.”

Nintendo Switch will release worldwide in March 2017.
