Koei Tecmo has revealed that Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water is coming to Nintendo Switch.

This supernatural horror-adventure game takes you to Mt. Hikami, an eerie but sacred location that is haunted by unfortunate occurrences and a place where the water is believed to house vengeful spirits.

Playing as Yuri Kozukata, Ren Hojo and Miu Hinasaki, you will come to rely on a flashlight and the Camera Obscura – a unique camera that can capture photos of deadly ghosts – as you explore the mountain to find those who have disappeared.

The port enhances the original 2014 release on Wii U, with “upgraded visuals to match the latest hardware advancements,” a new Photo Mode that lets you pose characters and ghosts in various scenes and new costumes for the main protagonists.

Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2021.
