Nintendo of America have been denied their complaint that they filed back with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) regarding the domain WiiU.com.
It has been owned by the current occupant since January 2004, who could either see into the future or simply had gotten lucky.
They can now look forward to a rather sumptuous cheque from Nintendo if they still wish to acquire it, even though the domain had previously been put up for auction earlier in the year.
