What if those that you loved vanished? That’s the reality that you will face in Lost Sphear (read as “Lost Sphere”), the next game by I Am Setsuna developer Tokyo RPG Factory.
The adventure starts in a remote town where a young boy, Kanata, awakens from a devastating dream to discover that his hometown is disappearing. To prevent the world from becoming lost forever, Kanata and his party must rebuild the world around them with the power of Memory – allowing them to manifest thoughts into matter.
Lost Sphear will expand upon features seen in I Am Setsuna, with an enhanced gameplay system, seamless environments and a revamped ATB battle system that will let players strategise and freely adjust their placement mid-fight.
Lost Sphear will be available digitally on the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch in early 2018. There is a physical package available to pre-order from the Square Enix Online Store, with two music tracks as a pre-order bonus at launch.
