ATLUS has announced Persona Q2 for Nintendo 3DS, building on the success that they saw with Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth.

Little is known beyond that at this point but the game’s teaser website shares an image and slogan from Persona 5, meaning that we should expect characters from the popular PlayStation exclusive RPG to make an appearance.

Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth had combined the Persona and Etrian Odyssey series, and saw you play as characters from Persona 3 or Persona 4 – each presenting their own unique side of the story, with dialogue choices affecting the path that it takes.

That revolves around a strange clock tower that appears outside Yasogami High School, that soon sees the school’s corridors transformed and the characters trapped in a strange, cultural festival set in an alternative world.

With each classroom holding a vast dungeon filled with monsters, they must conquer each labyrinth before the final toll of the clock tower bell.

Persona Q2 is will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS.
