Niantic has announced official partnerships with Starbucks and Sprint, which will see their companies become actively engaged in the Pokémon GO community.

That sees 7,800 Starbucks stores across the United States become PokéStops and Gyms, with the coffee chain having even taken time to create a special-edition Pokémon GO Frappuccino.

Whereas 10,500 Sprint, Boost Mobile, and Sprint at RadioShack locations in the country have similarly become PokéStops and sponsored Gyms, with the stores also providing a safe location to recharge your phone.

This has also been used as a vehicle to promote Sprint’s unlimited data, talk, and text plans, without any fear of running out of data or receiving an unexpected bill.

When customers sign up for Unlimited Freedom with AutoPay, they get unlimited data, talk and text starting at just $20 per month/line for a family of five until 31st January 2018. Which sounds like a great deal, although, sadly, the UK doesn’t have anything nearly as good.
