Nintendo’s Splatoon Direct saw them outline their plans to support the Wii U exclusive with expansive free post-launch content.
Five stages will be available at launch, named as Urchin Underpass, Saltspray Rig, Walleye Warehouse, Blackbelly Skatepark and Arowana Mall, with Nintendo new additions “every few weeks” that will steadily expand the experience.
We’ll also be treated to new weapons and a Ranked Battle mode, so far only revealed by name as Tower Control.
Splatoon will launch exclusively for Wii U in Japan on May 28th, and everywhere else worldwide on May 29th.
