After their announcement in this month’s EDGE magazine, Playtonic Games take to the stage at EGX Rezzed to present Project Ukulele at a developer session entitled “A rare reunion: Rebirth of the 3d platformer.”

The independent studio was formed by ex-Rare developers, who are now looking to create Banjo-Kazooie’s “spiritual successor”, of which we’ve already seen early concept artwork.

“It was the fans of our past work who inspired the creation of Playtonic, so we’re delighted to be able to showcase our vision to them in person at EGX Rezzed – as well as a few cheeky details of our game!” shared creative director Gavin Price.

EGX Rezzed is being held between Thursday 12- Saturday 14th March 2015 at London’s Tobacco Dock, with the developer session being held on Saturday at 4pm GMT. Those that can’t attend can see every developer session streamed live on the EGX Twitch channel, and later on YouTube.
