Nintendo were due to hold their third quarter results briefing for investors today, although have announced that it has now been postponed after Satoru Iwata is taken ill.
He is reportedly suffering from a fever, suspected as being influenza (or flu), which we hope is unrelated to the health concerns that affected him throughout much of last year.
Iwata still looks set to fulfil his promise to return Nintendo to profitability this fiscal year, with the company sharing earlier today that they were able to make a 31.4 billion yen (£175 million) operating profit in the third quarter.
