As promised, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime made an appearance at Spike TV’s VGX show today, where had had promised to share “something special.”
Alongside a representative from Retro Studios, viewers were given a first look at Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze’s fourth playable character, Cranky Kong, whilst Reggie confirmed a release date for the Wii U exclusive.
That date is Friday 21st February 2014 for North America, which we’ll hopefully learn soon will be similar for Europe.
