You may remember an announcement in April last year where Nintendo and the Louvre Museum extended their partnership to deliver 3DS Audio Guides?

Well, today we’re granted an insight into their creation, with Shigeru Miyamoto and Satoru Iwata taking a tour themselves – taking a look at iconic pieces of art such as the Venus de Milo, and learning more from the application that Nintendo has created to accompany the experience.

Whilst largely to demonstrate just how useful it is, the presentation shares the announcement that the application is now available to purchase on 3DS with over 600 images of artwork, 30 hours of audio commentary, and over 400 3D photos of the museum’s rooms.

It’s priced at £17.99 through the Nintendo eShop, with physical copies also available at the Louvre Museum’s gift shop.
