It’s a quieter week on the Nintendo eShop, thought there’s still plenty that’s eager to draw your attention.

NES classic The Legend of Zelda makes an arrival on the Wii U’s Virtual Console service, whereas Rayman Legends finally hits the console after seeing a delay earlier in the year. Disney Planes soars in, whilst Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos expands the 3DS Virtual Console content.

The full list is as follows:

Virtual Console (Wii U)
* The Legend of Zelda, Nintendo – £3.49 (€4.99)
The epic series, The Legend of Zelda began here, with the heroic Link on a hazardous journey through the fantastic world of Hyrule. Using your sword, your shield and your wits, retrieve the eight fragments of the Triforce and save Princess Zelda. This ground-breaking game introduced innovative ideas that are still present in Zelda games more than 25 years later. Not only is Link’s original adventure action-packed, it also features puzzling dungeons to explore and a myriad of secrets to discover.

This is the US version of the game.
