Vaniville Town has been revealed as the starting location within eagerly awaited Nintendo 3DS exclusives, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y.
Stepping outside your home, you’ll soon meet four new friends that will share your journey across the Kalos region. These are Shauna, Tierno, Trevor, and either Serena (if you play as a boy) or Calem (if you play as a girl).
Shauna’s described as being incredibly energetic and is journeying to discover a dream of her own, whilst Tierno is a dancer with ambitions to create a team of dancing Pokémon. Meanwhile Trevor is an excelent student, wishing to be the first to complete his Pokédex, and Serena (or Calem) is your next-door neighbour who also desires to become a powerful Pokémon Trainer.
Pokémon X and Y release worldwide for Nintendo 3DS on October 12th.
